First of all, you want to learn something to damn well?
Read THESE REPORTS from Credit Suisse, THEY ARE VERY GOOD! EXCELLENT QUALITY AND GRACE! If you are over 20, have the internet and still can not read a report in ENGLISH. TAKES SHAME ON THAT FACE!
Here is the central link: FAVORITE THERE !!
Much better than hanging around struggling on the internet, wanting to learn something. To begin, read the Global Wealth Yearbook in 2015 to feel the pressure.
Let’s go to the post!
I just got back from my trip to Rio to see the Olympics. It was invigorating, I feel refreshed, I was a bit tired, watching everything up close was very good, I saw the Rafaela Silva Gold 50m from her, I saw 4 days judo days and also gymnastics. The Olympic park was excellent. I went to the house of Qatar and Austria, very good. My regret was that I did not stay for 15 days in Rio.
The Olympic weather is very good! Who can go GO !! I’ve never been to World Cup, Olympics or F1, nothing. It was an amazing experience. It was also good to remember the days of judo (I fought for 20 years and stopped in the purple belt, I really wanted to be able to go back to training). The experience was so good that I will already make a parallel fund to go to the Tokyo Olympics, I think buying a thousand reais a month of LFT until then you can go easy.
Continuing and following the tip of Dividend Living, I will call my portfolio as if it were an index, who knows famous in 30 years, iFS (Frugal Simple Index). The idea of my index is to have 50% of total allocation in Brazil and 50% of total allocation abroad. I already started the Brazil part in August 2013, basically, I am 90% in stocks, 5% in fii and 5% in fixed income, the idea is now to start increasing the contribution in fiis and fixed income until giving an improvement in the ratio. I still do not know how I want to leave, I’m thinking of actions/faithful / FI with the ratio 60/20/20 but I still have a lot of time to balance it. For the part of the outside has no way to put much-fixed income so it goes more in stocks and REITS same. Stocks = 70%, REITs = 25% Bonds = 5%
It seems that finally after 03 years, seeing my negative equity in the Bovespa thing finally took off. In July the dividends were quite meager, I earned only a few R $ 380.00 and still an R$ 40.00 of stock leases (in 2015 I earned a total of R $ 358 net of all share rents) – it’s a little but it’s worth it. Which is really bullshit because the value of my wallet has risen more than 100k, so do not cling so much to dividends like that. For those who are following the stock market rally, they know that they have shares of good companies rising 50%.
My M. Dias Branco rose 54% from about 3 months to now, and most of them rose more than 20%. The Ibovespa went from 37 to 58k. Who lost, no use crying. I do not trade, nor trade value, I know that for me that I do the Classic Buy and Hold this does not mean much, but that gives a certain relief gives yes!
I received in July:
Odontoprev = R$ 60
Itaú = R$ 33.81
Ambev = R$ 143
Cetip = R$ 143.20
Now back to my index …
On July 20 my share was $ 2.55.
Today August 13, the quota is U $ 2.67
The increase of 4.7%! Of the equity (in dollars).
On July 20 the quota was R $ 8.31.
Today, August 13, the quota is R $ 8.55.
The increase of 2.88% of the equity (in Reais).
LFT Selic 2021: I bought 8k more this month (my only contribution in August), adding it gives approximately 16k (I’ll count it out because it does not go into Google Finance).
Now the last great good news is that finally I gathered the documentation and have already sent by post to the BB AMERICAS. The post office official says it takes about 5 business days to get there. I was able to add and keep the value of 10k dollars in my BB account to swift and open my account in the Americas.
Innocently I had put the 10k into my Chase account (about 6 months ago together) thinking of transferring, but BB AMERICAS requires that the initial deposit is made via the BB account of Brazil. So I think next month I’m going to make a super contribution out of 20k dollars, the good part is that I’ll start off very well in a total of 27 assets that I already put in my wallet out, and then I’ll do 6 orders a month there. The cost of the joke will be $ 15 per month for BB AMERICAS and $ 10 more for Interactive Brokers (already including the 6 orders as they deduct the value of monthly orders, which is very good for us small investors). Opening the account at the brokerage house is the second and last step to investing abroad.
Another thing I’m happy about is that I have the last 3k installment of a property that I had bought to live in my hometown, but because of fate I will not be there to live, so the way will be to put some cabinets and try to rent. For the city market will give about $ 1200.00 per month rent. The total value of it is going to be about R $ 205k without counting the cabinets and the notary’s office.
That you have to reflect that buying property “as an investment” to be renting is a bad deal financially speaking. I bought it to live, the year was almost 2012, it’s a small apt of 50m but it’s near the beach, and at the time I did not know that I would not live there, in fact, I lost a great opportunity cost but it was not for bad, There is learning.
The construction company is late with the work about 6 months and I think it’s going to delay another 6. Buy it at the plant is a wrong decision. DO NOT BUY. It was the immense risk I had the construction company going bankrupt or struck. I can even try to sell but with this crisis, I find it difficult to arrange a buyer. And I do not even know if I still want to sell.
This is the performance of my portfolio of financial assets:
In the last three months, my portfolio (hereinafter the iFS) had the return of + 29.21% against + 5.67% of the SP500, +12.76 the IBOV and + 4.44% of the SPI (Switzerland).
Profitability total iFS since August / 2013 = + 13.46% (Hallelujah is blue !!)
I just want to know if UBS or Morgan Stanley or even JP Morgan will take too long to hire me after the beating I’m giving in these rates.
