I have my disagreements with the Infomoney portal. I find it VERY bad in content and I also think it confuses people a lot and keeps on a lot of news with herd bias, I do not find a site for more serious investors. Maybe it’s cool for those who are starting to read on these subjects, but the publications are very shallow.
But not everything in life has a 100% bad side. I discovered something cool there and that is helping me a lot. It is wallet tracking. You can register at Infomoney (affectionately nicknamed INFOMANADA) and put your assets there to keep up with prices and variations of a day, month and year quotations.
And so maybe you will have more data in a practical and brief way to help you make purchasing and sequencing decisions on your investments. For example, I registered all the assets I already have in my portfolio (my shares) and also registered my FII (real estate fund) that I intend to buy.
So in a flash of the eye, I can see who fell more, who climbed higher and who was far behind in everything and who knows can contribute more to it. Today I have refilled my accounts and I am profitable -18.94% in 30 months of bovespa. Here is the print I took from the portfolio site that I registered there, which includes my actions and my (maybe) future FIIs.
Here we can see my 47 assets registered. Of course, before buying your next assets you go there and give them an RE-studied in them, read the last annual and last release, read the pictures of Bastter and try to see if the asset is still with the fundamentals preserved after you decide to Buy more then OK.
At first glance, it may seem like a lot, but in half an hour you do it. The second step, look at your portfolio of INFOMANADA, I like to look at the penultimate column, in it, you see the variation of the last 365 areas of the asset quotation, I try to buy what has fallen more.
Let’s talk about actions:
BBAS fell -39.61%, CMIG3 fell -47.01%, QUAL3, SCAR3, SEER3 fell 39% each, CGRA3 fell 40%, that is, for those who do Buy and Hold can benefit a little from this fall, Because you will buy a little more stock with the same money – MAKE SURE THAT THE ASSET HAS NOT LOST VALUE IN YOUR FOUNDATIONS – THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!
Eg: Why has BANCO DO BRASIL lost 39% of its value in the last 365 days? I do not know and I do not need to know, there are a thousand short-term explanations and they do not interest me, Mr. Mercado is a BIPOLAR and BAD HUMORADO being taught us by Ben Graham, so there are days when he sells cheap stocks and there are days he Wants to sell expensive stocks, so learn to live with it.
If your asset has VALUE AND PROFIT, its LISTING will go up in the LONG TERM, and that’s what matters to BUY AND HOLD. So my next purchase could be BBAS3 and CMIG3. If next month the thing was similar to this table I could buy QUAL3 and CGRA3, quietly.
In relation to real estate funds you also need to take a study. I love the site fiis.com.br – It has a well summarized and legal tables to help, also has Tetzner the site, which have to pay a lot, but have something free and help out a Bastter site that has Wall and table of each FII.
The care with the devaluation of the quota of the FIIs is in you to know that had tenant that left and increased vacancy, or that a contract will win and a renter will not renew, basically this, you have to understand that the dynamics of the buildings and offices They change according to the laws of market, vacancy, economy, competition of rooms and etc.
Be wary when the FII quota falls sharply as this is LESS normal than an action falls. FIIs tend to have quotes and proceeds more stable than stocks, but the value of the quota may vary too! Since the time of the launch, several of them have fallen heavily the share value in compensation the YIELD has increased, and one of the main reasons for investing in FIIs is to receive their monthly rent remuneration.
Next month my purchase will be SAO CARLOS (SCAR3) and I will tell you more about it. I am already going to say that the company belongs to the triumvirate Jorge Paulo Lemann, Marcel Telles and Beto Sicupira – the three owners of AMBEV, BURGER KING, HEINZ and more that I can not remember now. So with such a governance should not be a bad company, right?
