The muse of the blog, Jessica Chastain. It is beautiful with any filter.
Well, today I will speak little on this subject that everyone is tired of reading: the impeachment of the demon Dilma.
From some years before 1935, the communes try to steal our freedom in Brazil. In 1935 we had the Communist attempt in Natal and Recife. In Natal, the communes killed dozens of people and plundered banks and commerce. A bunch of crazy gunmen. After trashy left presidents like the murderous dictator and psychopath, Getulio Vargas to the communist João Goulart and the imbecile of the Brizola let the thing run loose and the country turns the chaos.
This mob that is being held there by Genoino, Dirceu and other petistas (soon the Mafioso Lula and the cover of the Dilma) signal that Brazil will be free for the time being of the communes. They tried in 64, armed grunts touching terror, blowing bombs, killing, robbing, kidnapping, “righting” themselves and assembling all kinds of blows and tricks, corrupting the youth, infiltrating the barracks, universities, public offices, The press and the media to distort reality in pursuit of his project of power.
For more than 50 years trying and now have lost a major battle: the slut will fall. And with that, we will have peace. I feel that my life has stopped in the last 3 years because of this, the time I lost on the internet, on TV, and in useless discussions because of the PT and Dilma was enormous, it already consumed me too much, I’m sick of the news and I just want this to end. I already stopped watching newspaper and Globo news but facebook now is just politics. Or is this or is the Instagram that I feel kinda bad because everyone is always traveling, or taking pictures on the beach or abroad or in a nice restaurant, things that it is difficult for me to go.
My refuge is to take courses in the Coursera (I’m in 4), to be listening to podcasts in English on the cell phone and TED talks as well. I think I’ll start watching House on Netflix (I’m a fan of the guy’s personality).
I just wanted to isolate myself and read more as life goes by and people pretend they enjoy it. I do not see the time of the mafioso Fearing to be the new president of Brazil and that the monster of 19 fingers goes straight to the cage – would be the glory of the poor worker like me, who works a horrible number of hours a month to see if one day lives better.
In my personal life I feel flat, broken, I have almost 100 days of back wages and the contribution so far in April was ZERO.
I have 3 electricity companies: Equatorial, Cemig and tractebel.
Let’s talk about Engie now! EGIE3
Tractebel is a private electricity company that operates mainly in the south of Brazil. For me, it is the benchmark of the electrical, the standard. It is the largest private company and is headquartered in Floripa. It is both generator and distributor, it operates at all points of the business, for example, the eletropaulo is an only distributor (produces nothing).
To begin with, it is Novo Mercado, tag along 100% ON, has more than 6777 Individuals members, 7684 legal persons and 1072 institutional investors (funds, investment banks, hedge funds), excellent liquidity to be a partner, distributes half of Every year, has a DY of 3.3% and a PL of 15.
I do not consider a dividend company because of the 50% Payout, it is a company that invests in growing more, which means that it invests better than you and that it will give much more dividends in the future than it would if you started to give them since already. The company always have good results. With a ROE greater than 22% and a margin greater than 20% has admirable data. Let’s go to some data:
In 2001, net income was 582 million reais, in 2015 it was 1.5 billion.
In 2001, it had 35 million in cash and today has 2.4 billion.
In 2001, it had 2 billion in debt and now has 4.2 billion in debt. (This debt in relation to net income fell by half in that period). Total revenue tripled from 2001 to here. From 2002 on, profit and paper prices have risen only in spite of crises, PT, nuclear bombs, subprime, a crisis in China and Mexico, Europe and all.
Tractebel has several plants in development and is also investing in wind energy in the RN (the northeast coast is very good for the wind, the state of RN already produces 80% of the energy it consumes with the wind and will soon be 100% – that market Is the most developed in Brazil, RN, and Ceará).
The Tractebel IR website is very well done, the release is very cool, with lots of graphics and satisfaction from every project in progress by the company.
The release highlights: EBITDA (measures the company’s production) rose, profit too, financial income too (much!), Debt fell, investment rose. DO NOT TOUCH THEM for these ratings from Fitch, Moods and Standard and Poors (any of these days I’ll post about these “rating agencies”).
As you can see at the beginning of the first column, everything is going well.
In the table above the comparison with the last quarter of 2014. Follow the dance, debt reduction by 45% and profit increase by 24%.
Here new investments in the above table.
Ebitda improving. (Which is great)
Net income rose almost in line with inflation (which is not so good, but considering the current scenario of Brazil’s Crisis was excellent).
Yes, the dividends are a little money, but it’s worth it.
And how does this paper go?
Share Performance – TBLE3 2015
Ibovespa, the benchmark index of the Brazilian stock market, fell 3.8% in 4Q15 and 13.3% in 2015, marking its third consecutive year in decline, reflecting the political and economic uncertainties that surround Brazil. Country to lose its “good payer stamp” in the assessment of two rating agencies. In this scenario, Tractebel Energia’s shares recorded appreciation of 0.3% in the last quarter of 2015, a result that was higher than the 3.8% fall recorded by both the Electric Sector Index (IEE) and Ibovespa.
In the year to date, the Company’s shares appreciated 2.3%, while the IEE and the Ibovespa decreased 8.7% and 13.3%, respectively. Tractebel Energia’s shares closed the year 2015 at R $ 33.49 / share, giving the Company a market value of R $ 21.9 billion. The average daily trading volume of TBLE3 in 4Q15 was R $ 32.2 million: 10.5% above the R $ 29.1 million registered in the same period of 2014. In the accumulated amount of 2015, the average trading volume Reached R $ 27.9 million, an increase of 2.3% over that achieved in 2014. ”
Brother, the stock rose 2.3% in 2015, while the benchmark fell 13%. This was an EXCELLENT RESULT, because as we know the stock market has suffered in the negative for 3 years, industries closing, unemployed people, the government lost, indebted Brazilians, etc etc etc … My portfolio fell 16% in 2015 (it has to have the stomach), while The fixed income was to gain 13% in 2015.
The paper was MUCH better than the stock market benchmark (sucks ETF BOVA11, PIBB11). For you to see that it is not difficult to buy good company stock and here in Brazil does not justify buying passive ETF from the index (which has a high rate, except pibb11).
Tractebel produces and distributes electric, solar, hydro and wind energy. It diversifies in the country, is at every link in the chain and reinvests a good part of the profits. Jirau, which is a new hydropower plant, will be delivered this year and here comes more revenue and more profit. It’s enough for the country to improve a bit for this company to take off. I continue to partner until the year 2016 (which will almost certainly be good too).
To know more about the company, it is worth reading the 24 pages of the release and accessing the IR of the company on the Internet:
